I'm Levry Severino, aka DJ LevSev, founder of LevSev Entertainment.
I've always been the music friend, the one who gets handed the aux, the one who pairs to the speaker, the one with the best playlists. I grew up Dominican between Brooklyn, NYC and Union City, NJ, raised on my dad's and uncle's music collections, '90s New York hip-hop, and a blend of Latin and Caribbean cultures around me. I was curating before I could reach the stereo, taping songs off the radio onto my Walkman to make my first mixtapes…
It was always a passion and a fun dream. People would always tell me I'd be a great DJ, but I focused on other goals first (school, career). After accomplishing those, the love and passion truly came to light, and that's when I started turning the dream into reality.
What I do is simple: I read the room and play the songs that move people. Fully bilingual and open-format, old-school to brand-new in both languages. No gimmicks, no talking over the music, just seamless mixes that carry you from one song to the next without missing a beat. I also take requests from the floor and blend them right in.
My goal is to bring back the vibes I grew up on: the cousins dancing with Titi, the basement parties we weren't supposed to be at as teenagers, and the block parties with the fire hydrant open and the music blasting. Back when people actually danced and vibed to the music together. Whether you're out on the floor or singing at your table, my job is to make sure you're having a good time and feeling the good vibes.

Yes. A professional sound system and dance-floor lighting come standard, scaled to fit your venue. You don't need to rent anything separately.
Yes. I carry full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request, which many venues require before your event.
No problem. I scale the sound and lighting to fit the space. Bigger venues sometimes call for upgraded gear, which we'll spec out and include in your quote. Want specifics on the setup? Just reach out.
Absolutely. We build your playlist together beforehand, and I take requests live on the night to keep reading the room.
Yes. A wireless mic is on hand for toasts, speeches, and announcements. If you'd like me to take on more hosting or MC duties, just let me know ahead of time and we'll plan for it.
The Lehigh Valley, North & Central New Jersey, and the NYC metro, plus Philadelphia and the Poconos, and I'm happy to travel for events outside that range too.
